Hello, and thanks for stopping by Spiced Peach Blog!
You can reach me by emailing me directly: Peggy@spicedpeachblog.com
Thanks much and I look forward to hearing from you!
Thank you much for the lovely blog! We were thrilled with the contest this year and with Martha’s participation. And, we remember her mother’s participation with us early on.
Thanks so much for joining in Sharon from the Historic Lewes Farmers Market. I’m happy you enjoyed the Post. It’s a nice little “historical” tidbit to know that Martha’s mother had also previously participated in this contest early on. Perhaps this is where Martha gets her culinary talent. The Historic Lewes Farmers Market is really fabulous and a worthwhile visit for anyone that appreciates such a broad variety of top vendors providing quality foods! I look forward to a return visit. Thanks again.
Hi Peggy, Just made and eaten your asian chicken salad with noodles in lettuce cups. So easy to make and delicious to eat!
Lovely to see Alex’s graduation photos!
Hi Nicola, happy you enjoyed the Asian style chicken salad with noodles in the lettuce cups. The graduation was so nice but very much like a whirlwind, I just don’t know where the time flies, and to think this time next year you will be in the same place with Rebecca. Hope you enjoy the Europe hockey tour and so wish it were last year!!! Thanks so much for writing in, a big hug out there to Wales!
thank you for a wonderful description of visiting our farm during the blueberry bash
we did have a great weekend and are so glad you were able to join us and have a great “summer” fun time!!
Sunday we hosted out bake off contest –lots of great recipes–they are posted on our web site now
your recipes look wonderful as well
Thanks so much for your time in writing Pam, much appreciated. Our family enjoyed a wonderful day at your Terhune Blueberry Bash, most certainly a great “summer” fun time. So sorry I missed your bake off contest the following day and I’m sure to enjoy viewing those recipes posted on your web site. Thanks again for providing a lovely community orchard for PYO and for visiting us on Spiced Peach Blog.
Peggy, thank you so much for joining the Philadelphia Chapter of the United States Personal Chef Association yesterday while we cooked brunch at the Gift Of Life Family House. We really appreciate you taking the time to be with us and documenting the day through your photographs. Often times we’re so busy with the cooking, we rarely get to capture the action, people and food.
I want to say too, that your connection to Howard Nathan was the icing on the cake! What a coincidence! Or was it?!?
Either way, thanks again!
All the best, Missy
Hello Missy, thanks so much for your message. It was was wonderful to share the morning with you and the other members of the Personal Chefs Association while preparing brunch at the Gift of Life Family House. Indeed, it was truly a very special day for me thinking of Howard Nathan, and seeing such a grand dream realized at Gift of Life. It was also so touching to be immersed in the kindness and generosity of those preparing meals for guest families whose loved ones await transplants, those caretakers who certainly need and are appreciative of the simple comforts of a homemade meal. What grandness of a community coming together. I’m looking forward to sharing the story soon. Thanks again.
Wow. Just Wow.
Thank You so very much Jay. It was terrific to meet you at Ventnor Beach over the weekend joining our family for dinner on Friday and I’m so happy you enjoyed the meal!
